Description:
|
PennDOT requires a vendor to print safety and emissions stickers that will need to be applied to the inside of a vehicle windshield or on the outside of a motorcycle or trailer. The stickers must contain security features that protect the Commonwealth against potential fraudulent activity, such as unlawful production of the stickers, theft of raw and/or finished materials, etc. Additionally, PennDOT requires the vendor to print or manufacture inserts that will need to be applied to the inspection stickers prior to their application to vehicles.
This RFP will cover all operations, services, and materials furnished by the contractor that will be required for the manufacturing, printing, packaging, repackaging, security, storage, and distribution of the printed material.
