Description:
|
The Department of Health (DOH) is looking for a vendor to complete software development (Microsoft .NET), maintenance and enhancements to the new Pennsylvania Quality Assurance (PAQA) application formally known as Survey Agency Information System (SAIS). The PAQA system project, being developed by Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) via the OST staff augmentation contract #4400014660, is currently in Phase-1 of development; which is the initial replacement of the legacy Survey Agency Information System (SAIS). The awarded vendor will take over at Phase-2 of the project. Once PAQA is fully implemented, it will increase the quality of patient care by enabling site survey professionals to fully utilize a modern, mobile platform while onsite at a healthcare facility and then to upload that data directly into both state databases and into the database managed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
