Description:

PIMS system is critical to PDE. Educators and all end users across the Commonwealth need Support Services for any critical questions regarding the use of this system. PDE must keep this service going. In order to maintain a support service for the needs of all PIMS users, PDE requests guidance by OA/OIT to solicited suppliers for these services.
