Description:  This project will identify all transactions performed at all Pennsylvania Driver License Centers (DLC) in an effort to determine the appropriate staffing, the number of “no shows” which leave the DLC’s before served, and the type of transactions missed within the operation.  In addition, a customer survey will be conducted to gage wait times and service levels.  Upon identification, an analysis will be performed to determine the appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand, to identify the best practices for processing efficient transactions, and to identify the causes of missed transactions and extended wait times.
