Description:
|
The Department of health is seeking a qualified contractor who can provide investigative services in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). Federal regulations require the WIC state Agency to have the capacity to conduct compliance buys to collect evidence of improper retail store practices for the purposes of deterence, recovery and sanction. In carrying out this federal requirement, the Pennsylvania WIC Program requires services from an organization with expertise relating to investigative type activities. The services required include conducting compliance buys, preparing documentation of compliance buys and providing testimony at fair hearings or legal proceedings as necessary.
