Description:
|
The commonwealth is seeking to procure advisory services to assist in defining the strategy for telecommunications service delivery. The selected vendor will also help the commonwealth conduct financial analyses, business case documents, develop a draft statement of work for the follow-up procurement for telecommunications services, assist with contract negotiation strategy; and at the Commonwealth’s option, assist with negotiating the final contract(s). The vendor selected for this engagement will be precluded from bidding on the service delivery procurement(s).
