Description:

The Commonwealth is seeking a supplier to conduct a spend analysis on Commonwealth Data (e.g. pcard, non-pcard, on-contract, off-Contract, etc.). Upon anaylysis of the data, the supplier will provide recommendations, which will identify opportunities for implementing strategies and best practices to achieve maximum operational efficiencies and savings.
