Description:
The current Pennsylvania MMIS is the Provider Reimbursement and Operations Management Information System (PROMISe™), which is an enterprise-wide system providing automated support for Pennsylvania’s Medicaid program. The PROMISe™ system was implemented in 2004. It was designed to support both fee-for-service (FFS) and managed care organization (MCO) delivery systems as well as various waiver programs. With the upcoming expiration of the current contract, at this time the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services (the Department) is seeking to move forward with the MMIS planning portion of the project. The Department is seeking a qualified vendor to assist in the development and drafting of the MMIS Procurement RFP and RFP Evaluation Plan
