Description:
|
The Bureau is seeking an experienced, professional workers' compensation claims administration comany to provide claims administration and data management for the Uninsured Employers' Guarantee Fund and the Self-Insurance Guarantee Fund. This includes timely and accurate payment of merited benefits under the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act and proper resolution of claims. The selected offeror will administer, handle, investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims filed against the funds, shall retain and oversee necessary subcontractors for the management of claims and shall participate in a data management processto ensure the timely payment of workers' compensation benefits and related expenses. The selected offeror shall maintain the facilities required to execute the tasks assigned.
