Description:
Clinical Laboratory Services for three Department of Human Services State Hospitals. This contract term will serve from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020 and include the facilities expiring on exisiting Clinical Laboratory Services for the remaining OMHSAS facilities: Contract numbers 4400008297, 4400008298, and 4400009043 expire 2/28/2016. Upon final award to suppliers, DGS will be notified to cancel previously mentioned lab services contract. Statement of Work attached is Draft 1. This change will increase the Contract Value
