Description:
|
The purpose of this project is to provide a statewide solution to Veterans Claims Management. With the USDVA initiative to transform into a paperless environment our current business model needs to be corrected. By updating and improving our processes and system we can better manage the time of a VSO and provide a better service to Veterans while being an active participant in the electronic claims process which is a high priority project of our key business partner the USDVA.
