Reprocurement of IT services to assist in managing, maintaining and providing operational support of the PA Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) client infrastructure network.
The network provides the critical link between multiple systems and clients including a number of Commonwealth Agencies connected through the Commonwealth Enterprise Network, County offices, the Child Support Enforcement Network (CSENet) and the Internet. The selected Offeror will provide cost effective services to help ensure the integrity and continuous operational availability of the PACSES network is maintained.
Preparation of the SOW has begun, however the 1st draft is incomplete at this time and not attached to this notice. The services and tasks required will be a close match to those contained in the current contract (attached). [Please Note: The original contract number = 4400007947 was later changed to 4400012744 for administrative reasons. The content of the contract remained the same.
