Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking Qualified Businesses to co-locate four (4) Photo License Centers (PLCs). Qualified Business requirements are as follows:
1. A Qualified Business will not engage in any activity or business activity that runs afoul of PennDOT’s responsibilities and duties as an agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. A Qualified Business will not derive a majority of its gross revenues and receipts from the sale of illegal materials or activities, obscene or pornographic material, tobacco, alcohol, firearms, or licensed or unlicensed gaming activities.
3. A Qualified Business will not operate immediately adjacent to or within 750 feet(whichever is greater) of any business that derives the majority of its gross revenues and receipts from the sale of illegal materials or activities, obscene or pornographic material, tobacco, alcohol, firearms, or licensed or unlicensed gaming activities.
4. A Qualified Business will not promote, support or advocate: any position that is discriminatory, profane or derogatory to any group; or any position that promotes a particular political or religious position.
5. A Qualified Business shall at all times abide by this Policy, and provide immediate notice to PennDOT of any instance where it is not in strict compliance.
This procurement will result in a contract at NO COST to the Commonwealth.
