Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, liability insurance and safety equipment and practices to conduct preventative and/or corrective maintenance on the Department owned HVAC system including the Delta Controls System, Carrier Chillers, Fulton Boilers, and AAON Rooftop Units as needed at the Material Testing LAB Building located at 81 Lab Lane, Harrisburg, PA.
