Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all specified materials, equipment, personnel, liability insurance, safety equipment and practices necessary for the professional application of herbicides/pesticides to roadsides or other areas in accordance with the PA Pesticide Act, and as specified in Chapter 13.4 of the current PENNDOT Maintenance Manual (Pub. 23), or as otherwise directed by the District Roadside Specialist (DRS). This work will be conducted throughout the six (6) Counties in PennDOT Engineering District 9-0 as specified or required.
