Description:
|
Pennsylvania was awarded a Race to the Top – Early Learning Challenge Grant (RTT-ELC) in December 2013, through the U.S. Department of Education, to provide more children with high needs access to high-quality early learning and development programs. The grant work includes the validation of Pennsylvania’s Kindergarten Entry Inventory.
The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), seeks quotes from qualified organizations/contractors henceforth identified as the “contractor” to provide comprehensive development, implementation, analysis, and report on construct and concurrent validity of the Pennsylvania Kindergarten Entry Inventory.
The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), will use the findings from this study to provide recommendations for future iterations of the Pennsylvania Kindergarten Entry Inventory.
