Description:

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking Qualified Businesses to co-locate three Photo License Centers (PLCs) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Qualified Business requirements will be provided when the Request for Proposal is advertised. This procurement will result in a contract at NO COST to the Commonwealth.
