Description: Shippensburg University invites proposals to satisfy its need for a new non-credit student registration system (NCSRS).  This software is planned to replace an existing system currently being phased-out. Shippensburg University is a 4-year comprehensive University offering classes on-campus, at various off-campus locations across south-central PA, and online.  The credit-based enrollment is approximately 7,000.
