PROJECT TITLE: Air Conditioning. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Remove the 2 split systems serving the second floor. Provide an energy recovery system for dedicated outside air. Provide a Variable Refrigerant System to heat and cool zones throughout the building. Provide all required electrical upgrades and connections as required for the mechanical equipment. ESTIMATED RANGE: $500,000 TO $1,000,000. HVAC and Electrical Construction. PLANS DEPOSIT: $25.00 per set payable to: COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA. Refundable upon return of plans and specifications in reusable condition (no marks allowed) as construction documents within 15 days after the bid opening date. The bidder is responsible for the cost of delivery of the plans and specifications. Contact the office listed below to arrange the delivery of documents. A separate check must be submitted to cover the cost of delivery. Mail a separate check in the amount of $5.00 per set or provide your express mail account number to the office listed below.
