Description:

Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is seeking qualified providers of Local Telephone Services to respond to a Request for Proposal for local phone service for approximately 3,000 telephone lines. Service is to be delivered to approximately 2,700 lines in Indiana, PA, and optionally to campuses in Punxsutawney, PA, Pittsburgh, PA and Freeport, PA. Requests for copies of the bid package should be made in writing referencing “ADV-431” and directed to the attention of Robert L. Bowser, Jr., CPSM, C.P.M., Procurement Services, IUP, Robertshaw Building, 650 S. 13th Street, Indiana, PA 15705; Fax 724-357-2670; or email (rbowser@iup.edu). Interested providers of local telephone services should submit their requests to be placed on the bidders list no later than 1:30 P.M. (EST) on October 28, 2011. Bid packages will be mailed to providers of Local Telephone Services after October 31, 2011. The University encourages responses from small and disadvantaged, minority and women-owned firms.
