Description: Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is seeking qualified providers of maintenance and repair service for large tonnage chiller air conditioning systems and related equipment to respond to a Request for Proposal for preventive maintenance service and repairs for a three year period.  Services described may be purchased by the University and any other member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (“PASSHE”), including the Office of the Chancellor. Requests for copies of the bid package should be made in writing referencing ADV #415 and directed to the attention of Ms. Sherry Brown, Contracts Administrator, Procurement Services, IUP, Robertshaw Building, 650 S. 13th Street, Indiana, PA 15705; Fax 724-357-2670; or email sbrown@iup.edu.    Interested providers of these maintenance services should submit their requests to be placed on the bidders list no later than 4:00 P.M. (EST) on January 3, 2011.  Bid packages will be mailed to service providers on or after January 4, 2011.  The University encourages responses from small and disadvantaged, minority and women-owned firms.
