Description:
|
Procurement by RFP of iLottery game platform and services. Current contract was for two
years and was exempt from procurement rules per Act 42 of 2017. Lottery looks to replace
contract with one of a longer term (3 years with two-one-year extensions) to coincide with
expiration date of current contract. The Pennsylvania Lottery (the Lottery) is seeking a Contractor to deliver an iLottery gaming solution for the enablement of internet-based iLottery games sales. Services include, but are not limited to:
o Implementation, operation, maintenance and support of the iLottery solution and services,
o Sales Channels (i.e. iLottery Webcash, Affiliates, etc.) and;
o Web App and Web-based presences.
