Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Education's Bureau of Special Education (BSE) is seeking a third party billing system, which will allow LEAs throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to submit claims to the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) for federal Medical Assistance reimbursement. The intent is to have a contractor that will provide a high level of quality and at a reasonable dollar cost to the Commonwealth and participating Local Education Agencies (LEA). Suppliers do not have to be registered with the Commonwealth to submit a proposal; however, suppliers must be registered with the Commonwealth in order to do business.
