Remove and dispose of fly ash from our coal-fired Keeler boilers. Contract will include rental of 20-CY roll-off container with bow and tarp, haul rate, landfill tipping fee, and provision of hazmat rated disposal sacks. The bid also allows for the "Benificial Use of Fly Ash" for those certified for this program. Bidder must be a Pennsylvania License Hazardous Waste Transporter. Bidder must possess or obtain a vendor number prior to bidding.
