Services shall include, but not be limited to, furnishing of all material, labor,
equipment, tools, superintendents, and miscellaneous items (such as insurances
and bonds), and performing all work necessary to complete all construction to the
satisfaction of, and subject to, the approval of the Department of Corrections.  ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
