Description:
This RFP seeks an Offeror with expertise in the area of educational technology research practices to design and implement the PATI data collection, which is deployed to all Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) within the Commonwealth. PATI consists of two main phases: The Technology Phase addresses technology infrastructure within the schools and the Instructional Phase looks at instructional practices that the technology enables. This requires extensive knowledge in not only effective survey design principles, but also a strong familiarity with educational technology trends and data requirements to meet Federal reporting requirements. Experience with educational technology instructional strategies based on sound research design is essential to provide the value-add reporting at the state, regional and LEA levels.
