Pennsylvania Driver Licensing Centers Snow Removal Service- Chambersburg - The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services (Issuing Office) is seeking qualified Contractors for Snow Removal Services for the Department of Transportation’s (PENNDOT), Driver Licensing Centers to remove snow and ice of all affected road surfaces and sidewalks at the Driver Licensing Exam Sites (Appendix A) and prohibiting further accumulation of snow and ice through the application of PENNDOT approved de-icing materials. The de-icing material that shall be used is salt. Salt shall be applied only to main and handicapped entrance areas, exit areas, and parking areas to include any testing pads.
