Services: The Fixed Automated Spray Technology (FAST) system is used to monitor weather and pavement conditions and provided fully automated anti-icing of bridges. PennDOT currently operates and maintains Eight (8) Fixed Automated Spray Technology (FAST) on bridge rights-of-ways located in Warren County (District 1), Allegheny County (District 11), and Westmoreland (District 12). PennDOT is seeking to obtain on-going preventive maintenance and repairs at the 8 sites as part of winter weather preparation.
