Description:
|
Top Loading Curb Sign Frame with Square Corners, Heavy-Duty Dual Spring Base with Frame designed to accommodate 2 interchangeable inserts (24” x 36”)
*Note – Unless otherwise specified, all dimensions shall have a variance of +/- 1/8 inch
Part 1- Top Loading Spring Base Curb Sign Holder-
• Frame Dimensions: 24.75” x 36.75”
• Leg Length: 40”
• Overall Stand Height: 45”

• Other Details:
• Dual-spring base that will attach to frame and legs
• Frame – Shall be constructed with 1” x 1” extruded Aluminum with a 0.55 wall thickness and is a full frame on both sides. Framing shall have a smooth, consistent edge.
• Legs – Drill one hole in each leg. Include four 6” spikes to fasten curb sign in ground.
• Spring – Shall include 2 closed wound springs constructed of powder coated music wire, measuring a minimum of 2.260 inches outside diameter and 2.475 inches free length. Shall have a minimum of 8.9 total coils that measure 0.25 inches in diameter. Right hand Helix design with plain ends. Spring coil tensile requirements shall comply with ASTM A228/A228M-14, “Standard Specification for Steel Wire, Music Wire Spring Quality”
Part 2- Aluminum Backer (Center Panel)
• Finished Size: 24” x 36”, plus bleed
• Material: 0.025 Aluminum
• Ink: 4-color, UV cured screen print process
• Artwork: Print-Ready PDF
• Displays: 24” x 36” Posters
• Other Details:
o UV Protection on Aluminum Center/Backer portion; front and back sides.
o The Aluminum Center/Backer shall be permanently mounted in frame to allow inserts to slide in from top on both sides, and to prevent the backer from being removed.
o Screen-print directly to aluminum substrate on both sides. Adhesive, Laminate or other similar application will not be acceptable. Final printed product shall not be able to be peeled off or removed from the substrate
Finishing
• Unit is Double-Sided, and slide insert slot is at top of frame. Designed for outdoor use.
Hardware
• Shall include all necessary hardware to fully assemble, install and display the product, along with instructions. Hardware shall be non-corrosive, capable of withstanding outdoor elements.
Artwork
• PDF attached and supplied via email
• Working files to the awarded printer’s FTP if needed
