Description:
Jefferson County will be milling old roadway surfaces and replacing with a new 15-30% RAP
mix asphalt. Jefferson will be procuring both 9.5mm and 19mm asphalt that would include millings being returned. The Department plans to return 5% of the millings to the vendor. The vendor would be delivering the asphalt, but the paving work itself would be completed by Department forces in Jefferson County.
